Testing
We measure things like height, weight, heart function, hearing/vision, and blood composition to make sure your child is growing strong and feeling their best.
Vaccination
Vaccinations are proven to drastically reduce the probability of catching certain diseases and we encourage all of our patients to stay on schedule with vaccines.
Treatment
If a medication cannot be dispensed in the office, we will prescribe it so that you can pick it up at a pharmacy that is convenient for you.
Chronic Care Management
Chronic care management supports children with long-term health conditions like asthma/allergies, diabetes, Autism Spectrum Disorder, obesity, and others by providing personalized care plans, regular monitoring, and family-centered guidance to improve overall well-being and quality of life.
Referrals and Care Coordination
We’re pretty good at what we do. When proper diagnosis or treatment requires specialized equipment that we don’t have, we will refer you to offices that do.
Behavioral Health Screening
Behavioral health screenings help identify emotional, developmental, or mental health concerns early, ensuring children receive the support they need to thrive at home, school, and beyond.
Disability/M11-Q
We are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our patients. If you would like disability assistance like home care for your child, we will fill out their M11Q form and send it where it needs to go on your behalf.

Patient Records Transfer
Whether you outgrow us or outgrow New York City, we can give you a head start with your new healthcare provider. We will request you to fill out a “patient records request” form with your new doctor and fax it to us at 718-743-5279.
